Safe Digitization of Archival Materials – Sending via InPost Parcel Locker

 

Don't have time for a personal visit? You can conveniently send your VHS tapes, miniDV, Hi8, vinyl records, photographs, and other archival materials for digitization via InPost parcel locker.

How to do it?

  1. Gather your materials – the more you send, the lower the service price.
  2. Pack them securely and include a note with your contact details (phone, email).
  3. In the InPost app, enter the recipient's details:

    • Name: www.PREPRESS.com.pl
    • Phone number: +48 888 564 879
    • Email address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
    • Parcel locker: Warsaw, ul. Solidarności 173, WAW22M

  4. Once we receive your package, we will contact you to finalize the details.

Additional options:

  • Your MP4 files can be stored on a private FTP server, cloud storage, or sent via WeTransfer.
  • If you do not want your tapes returned, we can dispose of them for you upon request.
